|  Whats wrong with my motor?
Last year my boat would push me and my buddy about 24-25 on a dry load. Now it aint even close. With a load it is much slower and in the turns it is much slower than it used to be. I measured the prop and it is a little shy of 10 3/4 inches from end to end, and is very dull. I assume the prop is worn but i dont know. What do you all think is the slow in speed?

Assuming you have the big blade prop on a 35 your prop is worn out. It was originally 12 1/4 inches diamter. Get a new one and you will be fine again.

Put a new prop on my boat a couple of weeks ago..... Today I was running 26.5 to 27.0 mph down wind in my barge.......  My old prop would run 24.0 to 25.0 mph in the same conditions.
