2008 MB 35 HP HS Tall Transom Model for sale, 2 hours on motor, Also have Travel Cover and Blind Cover for Motor and Prop Cover for Travel. $5100.00 takes motor and covers. Will be glad to ship at buyers expense or will meet in East Texas, Motor is located in Tyler Texas Area.

I know but have some family issues that need to be taken care of. Tried to sell the Boat and motor but no takers on the combo so the motor needs to go and I will put an outboard on the boat for fishing.

T and T is standard on a sport.

also clutch, neutral etc.

Many folks have gone to their local welder and had their short transoms built up to accomodate long shaft motors. I don't mind a short transom, but some guys just don't feel comfortable with them. The benefit with a high transom is that you don't have to worry about occasionally taking water over the transom.

By the way, I am selling my short shaft Sport Hyper. pm me if the longshaft doesn't work out for you and you'd like a price on mine.

I was a bit worried that my post would be viewed as "jackin"" but since my motor is a short transom I figured I would offer an alternative. This was also after I told the man he could raise his transom. Sorry.

....But, the tall transom motor is made for a tall transom boat and does need either a jack plate or some form of alteration made to the transom to perform properly.
