Default Prop Question

I have a 9 x 7 prop on a 24 Honda longtail. The prop is 3 years old. This will be its fourth season. It now measures about 8 inches across. How much degradation in speed will I experience? Really don't want to buy a new one right now with the ecomomy the way it is. Thanks.
