My little girl is officially official

Today may have been the only chance for me and my little girl, Kendall, to get afield for early teal ( coastal family vaca this weekend and prior plans for the last weekend) so we decided to take an educational field trip this morning.

She loved every minute of it and I had a million and one questions thrown at me all morning. Wouldn't have had it any other way. We shared a beautiful sunrise this morning followed by the beautiful flight of birds that put on a great aerial show for her. She loves her some backwater running as well in the mud rig. Great way to start off our first season together

Thats aswome Rick, good job. I cant wait till my little one is big enough to bring along with dad on hunting and fishing trips.

I'm glad to see other parents getting their kids involved in hunting too. My son has gone a number of times and he is only 9yrs old, and now my daughter (8yrs old) keeps asking "When are you gonna take me dad?" Once again glad to see others are doing the right thing by including their children in the sport/tradition.

Women are the fastest growing segment of Hunting . Rick , you seem to have done a great job . If She keeps it up She will have that smile for many years to come and You will get to enjoy the hunt even more

My daughter never went hunting with me, but I will never forget the first time she caught a fish, she cried because it scared her when it came into the boat flopping around. By the end of the day she was a professional. That was sixteen years ago! Now she is in college and I really miss those times. Never take them for granted.
