I am running a 1636 and I am wondering if the shaggy has a minimum width requirement. If I correctly understood the drawing at the bottom of the page it would appear to need 50 inches. Also if that is true..how adaptable is the frame?

Attach it on the frame further down the sheet so the bottom hangs at about the water line. Then use the area left over at the top on both sides to cover the slit.

take a measurement across your gunwales. If you boat is a 1636 it should not be 36 across the top I would not think.
