Default Going to pick up a rig for the new 7000

Kman I have to say I am looking forward to this. I have been waiting too long for this. I am picking it up for a customer this weekend in LA, I have to brag on the boat a little but this joker should fly 1854/ huntdeck with the 7000 on there. Thanks!!!

What a barge. I like the open space gained with the rear flotation in the huntdeck. My original GT was an 1854 without hunt deck. A buddy still has that boat and I gotta say I miss the space sometimes.

Should fly with a 7000.

Bout time you got that done. The 2010 models are going to be available before you deliver that rig to your customer.

You have that right. The camo was done at the factory but I think you can order the stencil from them give Kent a call or he might even chime in on this thread. They do a phenominal job though.

Well I took some action shots today and got some numbers with the boat now. It was windy and had a pretty good chop on the water but none the less it would still run. With 2 people in it 32 steady. Me by myself nothing in the boat bumped 35 and ran a constant 33.9 in deep water. I could not find any skinny water for it to run in and if the water was better I could probably get a little better speed but for aboat that is a 1854 w/huntdeck I thought it was PRETTY DANG FAST!! The boat ran flawlessly. Here is a couple action shots.

Wow, that's a big boat!

I bet you can run mid to upper 20's with 5-6 peeps in that rig.

Will do that easy.

Had appx. 1400 lbs in my 1750 with a "6" on the back and we ran 28.8 in deep water. I have no doubt that a "7" on my boat would push it even harder.

Found a buyer for my "6". I'll be having me that "7" soon
