    Default Excel's F4 Kick-Up Opiton

Has anyone seen Excel's "kick-up" on their F4 Viper in action. I am thinking of buying the 1860 (side console model) and putting a 90 E-Tec on it. Just curious if it actually works. I have seen several pictures, but no video or even any feedback on the option. Seems to be a cool idea though.

How much water will this boat draft? I am walking a fine line for wanting to take the boat in the shallows, as well has it taking 2' seas (maybe 3') out in the bay. Hopefully I have found the boat that can do both.

Also, does anyone have any idea on what the average cost is to upgrade to .125 aluminum?

I have a 1751 excel f4 w kick up and it performs great.... Goes right up and over logs with no probems, although we hit a log running around 25-30mph it kicked all way up and messed up the kick plate, however excel has my boat now fixing it under warranty, i would never get this boat without the kick up plate, it works great. Also the 125ga hull if im not mistaken cost me about $550 extra, also in my opinion worth every penny, after one rough season hunting probably 40 to 45 hunts the bottom looks almost new other than few scratches, i believe it adds a little over 100lbs to weight of boat
