Default Crock-pot Goose

One goose breast cut into 3” cubes across the grain. Soak in salt water over night then put the meat into a crock-pot and pour one medium sized jar of pepperncinie ( pizza peppers) into crock-pot juice and all (add water if needed to cover meat) cook on low for 6 hours then drain juice and pick out peppers. Stir meat till it breaks completely up into strings. Pour a can (or two if small cans adding one can of water per can) of cream of mushroom soup into crock-pot and let simmer on low for half an hour or so. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.. ( I like to add crumbled up crackers also)
Let me know if you like it...

HOQ, Is there any reason why a person couldn't do that all at once in the same crock pot?
Thanks

Well you need to drain off the pepper juice and pick out the peppers before you add the soup.
