Best Boat Cover 16X44 / 3rd wheel for Trailer

Ideas for the best ( I realize money = quality ) boat cover for outside storage - 16 X 44 with bow rails ? Also the salt has totally ruined my 3rd wheel on the Mclain trailer. What's the best stainless wheel available?

My grandfather makes custom boat covers from scratch. You shouldn't have more than $500 to have a guy make one custom for your boat. Anything else will just leave you cussing.
