Mud Buddy - 2 Year Limited Frame and Drive Warranty
(includes the standard Mud Buddy one year frame warranty and one additional top to bottom year of frame coverage)

$295 for the Sport, Hunter, Lite.  35, 31, 29, 27, 25, and 23 horse models.

$245 for the HD Mini and all longtail models. 35, 31, 29, 27, 25, 23, 18, 14, 9 and 6 horse models.

Available from Mud Buddy and all Mud Buddy authorized dealers.

What is covered.

Primary Drive: All internally lubricated parts contained within the primary drive case; drive shaft; sprockets, bushings, bearings, bearing collar, bearing collar cap, seals and belt. 

Propeller: This extended warranty covers any propeller blade or hub breakage.  This warranty does not cover normal wear.

Clutch: Primary and secondary friction plates; bearings and clutch electromagnet and electrical connections.

Electrical: All wiring, switches, relays, beakers and connectors

Frame, Outdrive and Suspension: All internally lubricated parts contained within the frame, the mount assembly, cast aluminum outdrive, motion base and clutch cover. Includes, bearing, rubber suspension bushings, couplers, all frame lubricated parts and fasteners.

Fuel System: Fuel tank, fuel line, fuel fittings, external fuel pumps, and fasteners.   

Steering: Upper and lower steering stem bearings and bushing, steering pin, steering tube, swivel, swivel mount, handle assembly, steering fasteners, and all steering lubricated parts.

Trim and Controls:  Trim switches, wiring, trim mounts, slides, trim actuator, trim stop, bushings and fasteners.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser.  The warranty may be transferred by providing the new owner information and a $50 transfer fee.

This warranty is for recreation use only.  Commercial use is not covered under this warranty.

Repair Shops - Contact Mud Buddy for a list of repair facilities in or near your community.  In general, Mud Buddy dealers and other small engine repair shops will be authorized by Mud Buddy to provide repair service.  Repair services are provided by calling Mud Buddy at 801.352.8011.  Mud Buddy must preapprove repair services.  In some rural areas, contract services will be obtained. 

Owner Repairs - An owner can provide the repair labor and Mud Buddy will provide the repair parts.  Failed or broken parts must be returned to Mud Buddy for inspection.  In the interest of providing prompt repair, new parts can be sent to the customer prior to receiving the failed parts by securing the part core charge with a credit card.  The failed part then must be returned to Mud Buddy within two weeks to avoid charges for the failed parts. 

Mud Buddy customer service staff are available Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 p.m. Mountain Time for parts and repair advice.

Repair Part Shipping.  Mud Buddy will provide parts via UPS ground shipping.  Accelerated shipping is available, however the customer is responsible for the additional charges.   

This extended warranty is available for all 2007 year motor sales.

Customers can select the additional coverage anytime within 90 days of sale.
