The information we collect, and how we use it.

Mud Buddy, LLC, is the sole owner of the information collected on our Site. Mud Buddy will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. Mud Buddy collects different kinds of information from our users on our Site, and we use that information in various ways.

Mud Buddy Newsletter

We provide a low-volume email newsletter to provide general news about Mud Buddy's products, updates, and general information. There is an online email link on Mud Buddy's home page that you can use to subscribe to the newsletter.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to provide the newsletter to you via email. With each newsletter we provide a method to unsubscribe from the newsletter, with a link to the Web page where you can enter your request to unsubscribe. You may also contact Mud Buddy directly as described at the end of this Policy regarding unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Mud Buddy Customers and Dealers

To access the Customers and Dealer area of Mud Buddy's Web site, you must enter your unique user name and your password. We use that information to log you in to Mud Buddy's Web site.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer in a folder dedicated to use by your web browser. You can set your web browser to reject cookies, including our session cookies, but this will limit your ability to use our Site. For example, you would need to reenter your password to enter each page on the Mud Buddy Customer Site requiring password access, or you might not be able to access such pages at all.

Log Files

When you visit our Site, we collect your IP address and store it in a log file. We use IP addresses we collect to analyze trends, administer our Site, track user movement within our Site, track the Site users access just before (but not after) they visit our Site, and gather broad demographic information for use in aggregate form.

How We Share Information We Collect

We will not share aggregated demographic information we collect on our Site with third parties, including our partners and advertisers.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will not share your email address with any third party.

If you provide us with credit card information, we will use that information to process your credit card transactions with us. We do not share that information with any party that is not related to the direct processing and collection of those transactions.

We will not disclose to anyone that you or your company are a customer of Mud Buddy

We will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

We are vitally concerned with security on our Site. We would like to ensure that information about you that we receive on our Site is perfectly protected at all times, but no one could really make (and keep) that kind of promise. However, when you submit confidential information via our Site, we do make reasonable efforts to protect that information both on-line and off-line.

If we decide to change this privacy Policy, we will post an "Updated" notice in Mud Buddy's Customer Web site.

Our Site contains links to third party sites. Please be aware that Mud Buddy is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites we link to. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy policies of each and every web site that collects personal identifiable information.
