Mud Buddy Gang;

We are pleased to tell the Mud Buddy story whenever possible.  Here is a little thanks for all you have done for us.  It isn't often that you run across a company that is as successful as MUD BUDDY.

The folks at Mud Buddy had the vision and confidence to keep growing ahead of the trend. They have the foresight and technical "engineering in-house" with an extremely talented staff that has been hand picked by the founders of Mud Buddy.  I know, I visited the factory and have seen you guys at work. I could have chosen any franchise of mud motor brand that I wanted. But, I did my homework and chose the good folks at Mud Buddy in spite of the fact that the Mud Buddy costs a few dollars more than other brands, and for good reason.  It's a lot easier for me to explain to a potential customer why Mud Buddy costs a little more, rather than to explain to a customer why he's having to pay for repairs. Like they say, you get what you pay for.  Or is it, you pay later for what you get cheap.

I personally have been around duck hunting rigs for over 35 years and Mud Buddy is the only choice for this hunter. I never thought I'd live to see the day that I would witness the number of converts from the other brands. You are a real success story.

When you really get down to it, if you need a mud motor, this choice is a no-brainer --the Mud Buddy premium mud motor.

Hey guys;

Since everybody here is tired of hearing my brag about my Mud Buddy and boat, I thought I would let you know how pleased I am.  Took the boat up the Potomac River a couple of weekends ago.  Once I got on the river I got a good look at the rocky rapids area I had waded the year before, it was now submerged, as well as nearby islands.  Amazingly the 9 h.p. Mud Buddy was able to push me and the boat up the flooding river.  The trip was extremely enjoyable and this motor is music to my ears...  ...This past weekend I took the boat out on the Pappahannock River where it flows through Fredericksburg.  We were going to fish Shad and Herring along the fall line (rapids).  They had a big kayak and canoe show going on at the boat ramp.  After weaving our way through the crowd we finally got in the water.  Seems the others were waiting to launch since the tide was out.  You should have seen their eyes when we fired up the motor and headed up the river in inches of water.  Can you tell I am having fun.

Mud Buddy;

Thanks for helping us get started.  When we started building boats we checked out all the mud motors on the market and decided on Mud Buddy for many reasons. First you guys have a great reputation, especially here in Louisiana.  Your motors stay on the cutting edge and you are knows as the leader.  It has helped us a great deal, because every boat that leaves our plant has a Mud Buddy on it and together, they make one great package.  We duck hunters in the south beat up our equipment and this motor never misses a lick. And best yet, we know that when we sell a Mud Buddy with our boats, the customers will be happy.  Your motors require so little maintenance and we never see a problem with your drive.  Many customers call and want to grease it and we tell them to leave it be, it doesn't need maintenance but once a year--just check the level.  Thanks to Glenn Foreman for helping us get started and for helping us gain a reputation for quality and performance.  We look forward to using your motors for years to come.

Dear Mud Buddy,

I purchased a boat blind in September of this year.  It was very easy to put together and it covers my boat extremely well. I have been hunting with the blind for a year now. This is without a doubt, the best blind I have ever hunted out of. It blends in perfectly with the areas I hunt and offers great visibility.

I don't know how my season would be this year if I had not purchased this blind. I know one thing; I've had more shots this year than in the past with cloth blinds on my boat. This blind offers me the safety of using a bigger boat in rough water and the natural camouflage so the birds don't even know I'm there, at a very reasonable price. I am going to see about bringing my boat to a decoy show this year; so more people can take a look at this great blind.

If any of you decide to come to New Jersey, please give me a call and I'll take you out hunting. Our season ends January 20, 2001. I will send some pictures at the end of the season.

A Very Satisfied Customer,
Michael Edwards

Hello, this is Jim at Big Creek in Iowa.  We purchased two motors from you and we love them.  Thanks for producing a great product... ...They perform great and take a great deal of abuse...  ...Our boats are the only ones able to run a two mile section of the river here.  We caught more fish than anyone else.

Hi Mud Buddy Gang.  Just wanted you to know how satisfied I am with the Mud Buddy.  Simply awesome, all my friends say when they see the motor going through the shallow mud as they are pulling their boats with a rope.  Unbelievable, when they see it go through the thick weeds and marsh.  So far, dry land is the only thing that slows me down.    The last two days I hunted with my friend, 4 time State Duck Calling Champ Leo Gross.  He used the motor to make a couple retrieves and said that he has used the other motors and this mud motor is impressive.  I took another friend out last week and he ordered a Mud Buddy the next day.  More of my friends will be ordering one of these great motors soon.

Mud Buddy.  I have one of your motors and I must say, this has changed the way I hunt and fish, and has changed my life.  I confidently can take my boat into places that I frankly, didn't know existed.  The machine runs great, easy to turn and I love the way the tailshaft swings into the boat.  My friends, who have other motors, just stare when I swing it around.  So much more easy to trailer and store now.  Good work, and thanks for making such a great product.

I have a 15/46 Xpress welded flat.  We hunted teal @ Catahoula lake and couldn't go as many places with my Go Devil pros, like the machines with your props .

One trip to Catahoula tore up the stock Go Devil prop, my friends Mud Buddy prop has no nicks or pings in over a year use on Catahoula.  I would like a price for a 7x4 mud prop to fit a 16 hp briggs.

D. Michael

Hey Clint, Byron from PA here. Got a Honda 13 from you a couple months back, got a whole bunch of hours on it, LOVE it. The props been taking a beating in the "mile wide/foot deep" Susquehanna river, but is holding up great. My only regret is that I didn't get the 20hp model, maybe in 2003-----------

THANKS------Byron Eckardt, Duncannon PA

Here you go... a Gator Trax/MB in TX!! I've got a 18x44 Gator Trax with a Kohler 25 Mud Buddy pushing it. And I love it! I have NO complaints about either. You can't go wrong with the combination.

I looked seriously at both set-ups...the Gator Trax/Mud Buddy vs. the Go-Devil/Go-Devil...and the GT/MB combo just had the edge. It is one sweeeeet ride!

I'll will put this nicely, no names. We ran two
mud
boats about the same size, one with the 27 kohler and one with the 27 kawa. Both with two person aboard. I will tell you this, along with 20 others that saw it, The 27 kawa walked the dog on the 27 kohler. Add more weight and it will walk off more. I'm not saying everyone should sell their other motor and buy the 27 or 29 kawa, just saying the Kaw are unmatched on the water.

Thought you might like this.

ALL RIGHT I'M HERE. I'm here to straighten all this out!  I was driving the 27 Kaw. and can tell you this, The 27 Kohler got spanked. Mike then said he could run with me if he had a Tiger prop like mine. I don't think that Kohler could turn it over. As for the 29, Its next on the list. Kman sent me pictures of my second Gatortrax being built. (sold my demo a couple of weeks ago). I'm not going to come on here and tell you mine is better than yours, But I've owned them both, drove them both, and sold them both. Shop and compare and you'll be sold the way I was. No BS here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MUD BUDDY AND GATORTRAX

Mud Buddy team.  I would recommend anybody to you guys. You are the best with the BEST service I have seen ever. I mean that. I'm trying to talk my boss into one of your motors as well.  Put 65 hours on her in the first year. I would guess she's broken in now huh? Take care!!!

hey mudbuddy staff,
Just wanted to let you know as a former go-devil owner I switched to the 27hp Kawasaki mudbuddy and love it. What an awesome motor. Your service and sales staff are great, they have always been there for support.  All my buddies love it.  I think they too will be switching soon.  Nice work.

Mud Buddy,

The Mud Buddy staff is above and beyond all others when it comes to customer service.  I was treated like a king!  I recently had the 25 Kohler out on the upper Mississippi for some duck hunting.  The boat landings were packed as well as the "easy" access spots on the river.  I went right by where the rest had to stop.  My Mud Buddy took me to places that were untouched by other boats.  Needless to say, my friends and I came back with limits.  The other guys came back frustrated due to the crowds.  Special thanks to Mud Buddy and you staff.

One Happy Customer,

Dear Mud Buddy,

I purchased my 27 Kawasaki in mid September.  In fact, I am wondering why I
did not buy one years earlier.  Tough back waters hunting was actually easy,
and it was fun to go through some thick going by boat versus "slogging."

Kind regards,
