them as an option for our Performance V Twin motors in early
December.

They are decked using our recipe
for best performance while using pump gas.

The ports are maximized for flow.
We enlarge and match them to our stainless muffler headers and shape
them for the intake manifold.

We increase the seat on the valves
for maximum compression retention and good heat transfer from valve
to head. We use interlock valve seats with a swirled polish finish -
ground and sunk, competition style.

We do not remove the valve guide
in the port which can lead to early valve failure.
(we ran the heads with and without the in port guide
and the difference was negligible, so we opted for longer head and
valve life.)

And, we added a valve spring
spacer to allow high rev operation.

We recommend these heads be used with our
newly designed roller bearing roller rocker arms and heavy duty push
rods. Our new rocker arms are robust and the bearing rollers free up
even more power. |
